Smoked Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Aitna is our condiment based on extra virgin olive oil naturally smoked with beech wood. An oil that is paid tribute to the myth of the furious battle between Zeus and Typhon, which ended with the defeat of the latter who will be sealed under the volcano Etna. The fumes of the flames emitted by Tifone were used to make a condiment based on extra virgin olive oil with a natural smoked scent.
